The firm is led by Sinethemba Sibiya, a highly driven accounting and tax professional with strong expertise in financial administration, taxation, and corporate finance. Sinethemba brings hands-on experience working with individuals, small businesses, and corporate clients across South Africa, delivering accurate, compliant, and practical financial solutions.

Sinethemba holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, an Honours Degree in Investment and Corporate Finance from the University of the Witwatersrand, and is currently completing a Tax Practitioner Certificate with the South African Institute of Tax Professionals (SAIT).

With a strong background in tax consulting, financial reporting, payroll, and client advisory services, Sinethemba has managed SARS-related matters including audits, disputes, objections, and complex tax submissions. This includes working with both individual and corporate tax returns, VAT, EMP submissions, and specialised SARS documentation.

Beyond technical expertise, Sinethemba is known for a client-focused approach — ensuring clear communication, reliable service, and tailored financial guidance for every client engagement.
